Shipping and Returns
We ship within one business day of receipt of payment using USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Ground, or Priority Mail depending on the product (at our option) with delivery confirmation and free shipping on all orders within the United States. All orders to the continental United States will be received within one week of date of payment, usually within 3-4 business days. Most of our products cannot be upgraded to express delivery due to the size.
If you international please place your order through our eBay store for international shipment and eBay will coordinate the shipping details for your international order. We do not ship internationally from the AwareGIVER.com web site, but eBay ships to almost all international locations.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii... you're probably already familiar with the shipping lead times. It generally takes a few days to anywhere in the continental United States and about a week to 10 days for Alaska/Hawaii. Most of what we ship directly comes from our warehouse in Florida.
International returns will be handled per the terms of your purchase from eBay. Please refer to the eBay listing for returns information. The policy on this site does not pertain to purchases made on eBay.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus your shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs of up to $2.50 for First Class Mail from both the U.S. and Canada if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
If your item is under warranty, but outside of the 30 days, we will still accept the item back and will exchange it for a brand new version of the same item or comparable item, at our discretion. We won't pay your return postage for warranty claims outside of 30 days, but will send you a new product at no additional charge and pay postage to you.
We do NOT pay shipping to return an item from any international location, regardless of the condition of the product.
Please note that under FDA guidelines we cannot accept the return of used medical products in any condition for any reason. The manufacturer warranty provides for replacement only - and no refunds will be accepted for anything other than brand new products in perfect new condition.
